We have signed on to return to the Moore Pediatric Surgical Center in Guatemala through 2028! We have scheduled recurring dates to help with organizing and planning for our volunteers. We will return each September with our General Surgery, ENT, and Urology surgical teams, and each January with our Orthopedics and Plastic Surgery surgical teams. […]

Art for Guatemala Fundraiser, NYC September 2019

The first Annual “Art for Guatemala” fundraiser was held at the apartment of Sally and Bob Cook in New York City. We raised over $16,000, and over $5000 worth of donated artwork was sold.

Education: First Annual International Pediatric Orthopedic Course, Guatemala City, 2019

In January 2019, Operation KidDocs teamed with The Pediatric Society Of North America to organize the First Pediatric Orthopedic Course in Guatemala. Dr. Williams and Dr. Navas led the course which was attended by over 250 doctors from Guatemala and neighboring Central American Countries.

Update on Moore Center Summer 2020

We have kept ourselves quite busy, we are working in two different shifts to ensure that the hospital and clinic will not close if someone of our staff turns positive to Covid – 19.
